1. Introduction and Definitions

tk11 sap offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with specific conditions, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500; before withdrawing this bonus, bets worth ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds and winnings from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• At the time of claiming a bonus, the user must not have any other active bonus on their account.
• If the terms of any bonus change, tk11 sap will attempt to give prior notice, but reserves the right to make changes at any time.
• tk11 sap reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse of the bonus system is suspected.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

tk11 sap offers sports betting on cricket, football, and other sports, as well as casino games. Specific rules apply to each game and betting category.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed, unless a specific circumstance arises (such as a match being cancelled).
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, tk11 sap will settle the bet according to the applicable rules.
• Displayed odds are subject to change; the odds applicable at the time the final bet is placed will be used for calculation.
• tk11 sap reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game (slots, live casino, fishing, baccarat, roulette, etc.) is governed by the game provider's own rules. The information within the game itself is considered final. If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, tk11 sap will determine the result based on server logs.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk11 sap platform. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your own account.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an artificial advantage.

• Interfering with the platform's software or exploiting errors.
• Participating in match fixing or artificially influencing outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk11 sap reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated.
• If the identity verification process is not completed.
• If evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity is found.
• If the user requests closure of their own account.
• If a self-exclusion or limit-setting request is made under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Whether a verified and valid balance is returned upon account closure depends on the circumstances. Funds may not be returned for accounts closed due to fraud or violation of the rules.
